Disagreements plaguing debt limit talks, Washington Post reports

Republican House Majority Leader Eric Cantor rejected a plan by GOP Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to give President Obama the authority to raise the country's debt limit, according to The Washington Post. Meanwhile, President Obama walked out of debt limit talks with Congressional leaders after disagreeing with Cantor on the amount that the limit should be increased, Cantor said.
